If a registration applicant cannot provide required registration information, or cannot set the password, Casio assumes no obligation to issue the user identification to such registration applicant.
If you are less than 13 years old, please obtain your parents’ consent in advance and then apply for the user registration.
Casio informs you, by e-mail or on the Website, of the type and contents of services obtained by using the user identification, etc and provides you with such services in accordance with the Terms.
User ID and Password
When registering to the Website, you will be required to set your password. This password is required to use the various services. Please note the following regarding the registered password and the issued user identification (hereinafter together referred to as "User ID, etc"):
Please use "User ID, etc" in accordance with the Terms and the instructions informed by e-mail or posted on the Website.
Please do not use "User ID, etc" other than to obtain authentication for using intended services.
Please understand that if you reveal or disclose own "User ID, etc" to a third party, the third party may be authenticated as you and use the services provided to you. Therefore please take the responsibility of managing and using your password.
You will not be permitted to loan, assign, or sell "User ID, etc" to the third party.
Casio will not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of your password, or from the use of your password by the third party.
If you have forgotten own "User ID, etc" or revealed or disclosed it to the third party, or you have found that "User ID, etc" has been used by the third party, please inform Casio accordingly immediately and comply with if requested by Casio.
Registration Information Change and Termination of Use
If you would like to inquire about, change or delete, partially or wholly, your personal information, such as your gender, birthday, occupation, and e-mail address (hereinafter together referred to as “Registration information”), provided when registering, please follow the procedures specified by Casio separately. Casio makes efforts so as to respond to your request promptly.
If there is any change in "Registration information", please update it immediately in accordance with the procedures specified by Casio separately. In addition, please understand that if the registration information change is delayed, you may not be able to receive information on services provided by the Website.
If you would like to terminate the use of "User ID, etc", you may do so in accordance with the procedures specified by Casio separately.
In the following cases where Casio has reasonable reason to believe that the management of "Registration information" and "User ID, etc should be suspended, Casio may cancel the use qualification of "User ID, etc" of a relevant user without prior notice.
In case you have registered or used "User ID, etc" in violation of the Terms.
In case you have not used "User ID, etc" for a considerable time of period.
In case Casio continues having difficulty to inform or contact you.
If the use of "User ID, etc" has been terminated, or the use qualification of "User ID, etc" has been cancelled in accordance with the above paragraph, Casio may delete "Registration information" from its database. However, Casio assumes no obligation to delete "Registration information" as long as you do not request to delete the same in accordance with the procedures specified by Casio separately.
"User ID, etc" is notified by e-mail or posted on the Website. To protect and manage your personal information, Casio will not, in principle, notify or inquire about your password by e-mail, telephone, or mail. Information using e-mail is sent to your email address included in "Registration information".
The "Terms" are effective as of September 21,2010.
